Our Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) service is designed to give you the help you need to accurately comply with guidelines set by HMRC. We will let HMRC know about any payments that you have made to subcontractors. We will assess whether your construction business has breached the threshold (if you pay subcontractors for construction work, or if you spend over £1 million a year on the construction industry over a 3 year period). We can accurately manage records of all payments made and received with CIS deductions and submit monthly returns to HMRC.
We can simplify the process of taking on subcontractors, by verifying them before payments are made, according to differing payment schedules. We ensure the correct tax has been deducted, separating labour from materials, equipment and VAT, administering the CIS 300 monthly return, and electronically submitting the returns to HMRC.
